Julie’s Philosophy: Smile, breathe and take on your next challenge with confidence – whether it’s in the gym, the yoga studio or in your everyday life!

“As much as we love our families and careers and everyday life, we all need time to ourselves. When you take time to do something productive, to nourish yourself, to take care of your body and recharge your mind, you’ll come back willing and able to be present and active in your life.”
